Joseph Fiennes

Obviously (or perhaps not, depending on how clued up you are), this is the younger brother of Ralph Fiennes. Younger by nearly eight years, I think. Quite a difference, but considering there are six of them and Ralph is the eldest. it makes some sense.

Anyway, Joseph isn't as attractive in my opinion, but I've seen him in Shakespeare in Love, Elizabeth and Enemy at the Gates. I reckon he's most attractive, without a doubt, in Elizabeth - the shirt ... and he's so cool! Anyway, here are a few choice photographs of him:

Joseph Fiennes and Cate Blanchett in Elizabeth

Here he is with Cate Blanchett in Elizabeth. Good photo for a number of reasons:
1 - He looks very nice and is wearing a groovy shirt ...
2 - He's with Cate Blanchett, one of my favourite actresses, who's very beautiful. Incidentally, she's 'slept with' both the Fiennes brothers onscreen - Joseph in Elizabeth and Ralph in Oscar and Lucinda. She's really gorgeous and a very good actress, too - certainly more normal and attractive as a person than some of these high-profile fashion victim divas.

Fiennes alone in Elizabeth I've decided to leave this photo the full size to preserve its loveliness. This is Fienne again in Elizabeth, and you can really get a sense of his character from the picture. His eyes are passionate but hard, and his mouth is rather ruthless - you can tell that beneath his loving exterior there are darker emotions tumbling over each other.
In Shakespeare in Love, watching Gwyneth Paltrow. Here's Joseph in Shakespeare in Love. This is one of the nicer photos of him - his eyes look rather too close together in much of it, perhaps because of his heavy eyebrows. Anyway, tis a good photo, and I rather like that jacket. And the shirt, of course.
Again, looking at Gwyneth Paltrow, very much in love! Bless ... Again in Shakespeare in Love, gazing lovingly into the eyes of Gwyneth Paltrow during the ball. His face looks soft here, accepting the love at first sight that he's just experienced. It's a good photo, I think.

Unfortunately, that's it on the Joseph Fiennes front at the moment. Very few photos, I know, but if anyone is willing to donate some I'll accept them willingingly. Anyway, Joe's not one of my great favourites so it doesn't matter to me all that much.
